Haines Junction Schedule 2023 (Mar 31-Apr 2)
2023-03-152023 Haines Junction rules and schedule. Schedule will be changing and will be posted as soon as it is available.
HJ Fun Broomball Tournament
March 31st -April 2nd, 2023
Fee: $600/team. Due by March 18th or at the YBA Banquet
Roster: Must be handed in to the refs before your 1 st game. Max of 20 players. Non-YBA registered players must fill-out a WAIVER (see below)
Referees: Refs $20/ref if 2 refs or $40 for single ref
Teams to leave a ref behind after their games otherwise sign up on schedule sheet. (at the rink). Refs to timekeep.
Gear Rentals: $15/weekend. Reach out to Mélanie at drmelanielachapelle@gmail.com in order to arrange pick up.
Format: Cross Pool Round Robin. Top 2 in each pool play advance to playoffs.
- 2 x 18 min periods, 2 min penalties
- Round robin: No OT, straight time, 1 time-out
Tie in points W/L, Goal Dif.
- Playoffs: last 2 mins stop time, 1 time-out
OT @ 4 on 4 w/ goalie 10 mins (min 2F), 3 on 3 w/o goalie (min 1F)
