The executive would like to remind everyone that this year's AGM will be held:
Date: Tuesday September 24th, 2024
Location: Sport Yukon (Boardroom 1).
A Zoom like will be available for those unable to attend in person.
Time: 6pm
We're notifying you about this meeing nice and early because we want to update our By-Laws, which are long overdue, but we can only do so if the majority of the members attend.
Attached to this email you'll find the new proposed By-Laws for the YBA, please read it over and give us some feedback ahead of time if possible as we'd like to official accept these at the AGM. If you are unable to open the attachment, we'll email all team reps with the document and post it on facebook.
In addition, we'll be holding elections for Executive positions as 3 of our Executive members have stepped down. If you are interested in any of the positions, please let us know and come to the meeting.
